• What is "GoMobile"?

  Go Mobile is a unique service by DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund where a person can send an SMS (Short Message Service) from a mobile phone and a response will be sent to such person.

• What is the number to which the SMS is to be sent?

  The number is 567672855. It is a nine digit number, unlike normal 10 digit mobile numbers.

• What are the services currently available?

  Currently, the following services are available:

  • Latest NAV for any scheme of DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund
  • Latest Dividend for any scheme of DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund, where dividend has been declared
  • Historic NAV for any scheme of DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund
  • Historic Dividend for any scheme of DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund

• How can one get the above information?

  Send a sms with specific KEYWORD to 567672855. The KEYWORD is unique and different for each service and each scheme

• Why is the KEYWORD important?

  Based on the KEYWORD sent, NAV or DIVIDEND of the scheme will be sent back as an SMS response.

• What are the various KEYWORDS?

  The entire list of KEYWORDS for different services is available. You can also start by sending any of the following sms to 567672855

• It is difficult to remember all the Keywords. Is there any easy way?

  Yes. The logic of Key words is as follows

  Latest NAV	NAVxx	Where xx is the *scheme code of the scheme name. e.g. NAVTI for Tiger Fund, NAVOP for Opportunities fund
  Latest Dividend	DIVxx	where xx is the *scheme code of the scheme name.  e.g. DIVEQ for Equity Fund, NAVTO for Top 100 fund
  Historic NAV	HNxx ddmmyy	where xx is the *scheme code of the scheme name.; ddmmyy is the date for which NAV is required e.g. HNTE 120104 for Technology.com Fund ,NAVFL 150904 for Floating Rate Fund
  Historic Dividend	HDxx ddmmyy	where xx is the *scheme code of the scheme name.; ddmmyy is the date for which NAV is required e.g. HNBO 120104 for Bond Fund, NAVSH 150904 for Short Term Fund

• Are the keywords case sensitive?

  NO. The keywords can be in UPPER case or lower cases

• While sending the KEYWORD, what is the most important point?

  Always send the correct keyword. DO NOT include spaces for Latest NAV and Latest DIV. SPACE is allowed only in Historic NAV and Historic Dividend between the keyword and date in ddmmyy format. NAVxx, DIVxx, HNxx, HDxx are one word and does not include any spaces.

• CAN SMS be sent from any mobile number / network?

  Yes.

• Is this service available on all Mobile networks?

  Yes. This service available on all mobile networks in India.

• What is the charge? Is the service Free?

  Standard mobile SMS charge will be applicable to the person sending the SMS to 567672855.

• In how much time should the response be received back?

  Depending on mobile network traffic and congestion, the response can come as fast as 10-15 seconds or up to 5 minutes as well. Response time depends on mobile traffic just like email traffic on festival days, new year etc.

• I am trying to send the SMS but it is not being sent?

  Please try again. Due to mobile network traffic congestion, it can take some time.

• I have sent an SMS, but I haven’t got a response yet?

  This could be due to congestion in mobile network traffic.
