• Can investor purchase in New / Existing Schemes?

  Yes. You can purchase in New / Existing scheme also by selecting such scheme in purchase screen.

• Are systematic transactions i.e. SIP, SWP & STP available on DSP BR Online?

  Yes. You can now register for SIP investments online i.e. iSIP. Further, you also have the privilege and convenience of registering for STP, SWP & DTP transactions online.

• What is URN number?

  URN (Unique Registration number) is 15 digit number, which will be generated once you register iSIP in our DSPBR Online website. This 15 digit number should be registered in your bank’s internet banking platform under bill pay section. Kindly note that the URN mentioned has to be entered in the format as it appears on screen. Please complete your iSIP registration with your bank immediately or within five calendar days from the date of registration. The URN will be invalid and iSIP registration will stand expired / cancelled if the registration on your bank's website is not completed within the specified period.

• Can I invest as “Direct” or can I choose a broker code and sub broker code?

  You can either select a distributor or can select “Direct” for your transaction based on your preference. You can also enter a sub broker code for your transaction.

  If you are selecting / changing a distributor, you need to enter the ARN code of the distributor. You can also take assistance using online ARN search facility available while transacting.

• Are distributor details mandatory while making purchase?

  No. Distributor details are not mandatory.

• Can I change the distributor for subsequent purchases? Can I make a purchase as a DIRECT Investor?

  Yes. For each purchase transaction, you can specify a different distributor, including DIRECT. This will not have any impact on your transaction and portfolio view. For your convenience, the system displays the broker code based on your latest transaction. You may change the broker while transacting as per your convenience.

• What is the distributor code available in the ‘Distributor Box’ of purchase screen?

  When investor transacts in existing scheme, incase the existing scheme has any distributor, the distributor code will be populated in the distributor code box for convenience. You can retain the same for your current purchase or can also change the distributor code as desired.

• Can I change the distributor after transaction is submitted?

  No. You cannot change the distributor details once the transaction is submitted. To change the distributor after the transaction is executed, you need to submit a written request in a specified form and the change of distributor will be on a prospective basis only.

• What is the minimum amount to make purchase in a particular scheme?

  Minimum amount for Fresh / Additional purchase are specific to each scheme and option as per respective Scheme Information Document. These figures will be populated beside the investment amount box for your convenience.

• What is the maximum purchase amount in a particular scheme through online facility?

  There is no restriction on maximum purchase amount through online facility of DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund. However your bank may have a restriction on the amount for online purchases.

• How to transfer the funds while making the purchase?

  While making the purchase, upon confirming the scheme, distributor and amount details, the page will redirected to the selected bank website. If you have Netbanking facility with the selected bank, you can transfer the funds as per the Netbanking procedure of the bank.

• Can I do purchases via Credit Cards / Debit Cards?

  Yes. You can invest online using your debit card. For complete information on ‘Online Purchase Options’, click here.

• Which are the banks available for online purchase in a scheme?

  We have tie-ups with several banks and will keep on adding many more banks. For a detailed current list, please click here. The list of the banks available for online purchases may be modified at any time without any prior notice at the discretion of the Fund.

• What is the cut-off time for various financial transactions through online facility? What will be applicable NAV?

  Cut-off time for financial transactions like purchases, redemptions and switch via online facility is 3:00 PM IST. Please note that our server time at the instance of confirmation of the transaction will be considered as the final time to determine transaction time, cut-off time and consequent applicable NAV. As regards purchases, the time after successful payment and transaction being confirmed will be considered as final.

  The number of units allotted or redeemed will be calculated based on the cut-off time and Applicable NAV as per terms of respective schemes.

• What happens if we do a transaction purchase after the cut-off time? What happens when I start a transaction before cut-off time but the same is confirmed after the relevant cut-off time?

  For online transactions, server time at the instance of confirmation of the transaction is been considered as the final time to determine transaction time, cut-off time and consequent applicable NAV.

  As regards purchases, the time after successful online payment confirmation and transaction being confirmed will be considered as final.

  Hence, all transactions performed after the cut-off time will be deemed to have been performed on the next Business Day and processed accordingly. Transaction will be considered and carried for next business day.

• Can we make purchase in liquid schemes through the online facility?

  Yes. Investor can make purchase in liquid schemes; however units will be allotted upon receipt of funds only. Please note that, due to payment gateway tie-ups, the funds will be available to DSP BlackRock MF only on the following business day and hence the applicable NAV will be determined accordingly.

• What kind of acknowledgement will I get while making a purchase through online facility?

  Upon successful payment, a confirmation page will be displayed containing transaction details and the relevant reference number. Further, an email confirmation will be sent to the registered email-id.

• What happens if amount is debited from my account but a transaction confirmation is not received?

  This may happen due to connectivity issues or due to some technical problems in payment gateways. In such a scenario, please contact us on 1800 200 4499 or email us to dspbronline@camsonline.com.

• Can we make a purchase with any bank other than the bank mandate available in the folio?

  No. You can make a purchase only with your registered banks only provided Net Banking facility is enabled for your bank account and such bank is available in DSPBR Online.

• Can I cancel the purchase once the amount is debited from my account?

  No. You cannot cancel the purchase once the amount is debited. However the same can be redeemed as per the scheme terms and conditions.

• Can I cancel any transaction after submission, within the stipulated cut off time of the same business day?

  No. Once a transaction is submitted and confirmed by online facility, you cannot cancel the transaction.

• What happens if the bank balance is not sufficient for the investment amount?

  Purchase transaction will be unsuccessful, hence confirmation will not be generated and the transaction will not get processed.

• What happens incase of system / internet dis-connectivity while making transaction online?

  Transaction will be unsuccessful, hence confirmation will not be generated and the transaction will not get processed.

• When will the units be allotted / redeemed / switched incase of transactions done on a Non-Business day through online facility?

  Transactions submitted on a non business day will be considered and carried forward to next available business day and will be processed accordingly.

• Will the units be locked-in if we purchase through the online facility?

  No units are locked for the reason being transacted and purchases online. However, all unit allotment will be provisional (un-cleared) for few days, till the fund ascertains, reconciles and is satisfied about the receipt of clear funds in the scheme.

• What is the meaning of “clear” units? Why “clear units” may be lesser than “Total Unit Balance?

  Clear units, also referred as available units, are the units wherein you can transact and place redemption or switch transaction. Unclear units are the units where in you cannot place redemption or switch transaction.

  Units may be “unclear” due to various reasons like investments in lock-in (ELSS/Tax Saving) schemes, any lien(s) marked against the units, any recently purchased units where the credit status is not established or any other valid reason.

• What will be payout standard for redemptions made through online facility?

  Payout standard will be based on the scheme features only and will be at par with redemptions received in physical request. Please refer to Scheme Information Document for details.

• How the payout will be processed for the redemptions made through online facility?

  Payout will be processed and paid to the registered bank mandate in the particular folio either by NEFT or RTGS or Cheque.

• What is the minimum amount for redemption made through Online?

  Minimum redemption amount is Rs.500/- across schemes. However if current value of investments is less than Rs.500/-, the same can be redeemed as “All Units” redemption only.

• Can we make redemptions/switch outs in FMP / FTP schemes through Online?

  No. FMP / FTP schemes are close ended schemes with a defined maturity date and cannot be redeemed through online. However, if investor wishes to redeem such units, he should de-materialize the units and can sell through Stock Exchanges where the units are listed.

• Can we switch out from a FMP scheme on maturity date through dspbronline?

  Yes. Switch out from FMP scheme to any scheme is allowed only on the maturity date.

• Can we make multiple redemptions/switches in same / different folios at the same time?

  Yes. Investor can make multiple redemption/switches in the same / different folio(s) only if the balances are available.

  However, requests in folio number, same scheme and same amount/unit combination will not be allowed on the same day due to security reasons.

• Do we get SoA automatically after making transaction through Online?

  Once the transaction is processed and units allotted, SoA will be emailed to the email id registered in the folio. Users may note that there may be a time lag between the time a transaction is completed and before it appears on the account statement.

• Can we change our correspondence address online?

  Unfortunately not. We do not allow change of address online for security reasons and protect the investments of our investors from any unauthorized use.

  To change the address, you need to submit a physical signed request by using this form. If your folio is KYC compliant, you need to change the address with CVL India Ltd. the centralized KYC agency for mutual funds in India.

• Can we change our bank mandate registered in the folio online? Can we change bank mandate along with redemption transaction?

  Unfortunately not. We do not allow change of bank mandate online for security reasons and protect the investments of our investors from any unauthorized use. To change the bank mandate in your folio, you need to submit a physical signed request by using this change request form.

• Since there is no option to change the bank mandate, can I see my registered bank mandate at the time of submitting a redemption transaction?

  Yes. You can view your list of banks registered in your folio in “My Folios Profile” screen. For your convenience, the bank details are also displayed when you are submitting a redemption transaction. In case you have registered multiple banks, you can select any of your registered banks for the payout.
