• What is DSPBR Online?

  DSPBR Online is an internet based online transaction service offered by DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund on its website www.dspblackrock.com for investors of the fund.

• Who can transact through DSPBR Online?

  Online transaction facility is available to following categories of eligible investors:

  • Resident Individuals, including HUFs, Guardians on Behalf of Minor.
  • Sole Proprietor Firms.
  • Non Resident Indians (NRIs).

  These investors can request for a PIN for their folio, which will enable them to create a User Id and Password and facilitate transactions.

• Can non-individual investors get a PIN, login and transact?

  Non individual investors, like companies, trusts, societies, AoPs, can apply for a PIN and login to DSPBR Online.

  However such customers will not be able to transact. Such customers will have a “view only” access and can view their latest portfolio and generate statements.

• What kind of transactions can be done through DSPBR Online Service? What are the facilities available in DSPBR Online service?

  Following transactions are currently available on DSPBR Online Services:

  • Purchase,
  • NFO Purchase,
  • Redemption,
  • Switch,
  • Map / Remove Folios,
  • Update Contact Details,
  • Generate Account Statements
  • View Pending Transactions and Recent Transactions
  • SWP Registration / Cancellation  
  • STP Registration / Cancellation 
  • DTP Registration / Cancellation
  • iSIP Registration / Cancellation
  • Change of Dividend Sub Option
  • Lodge a Query / Feedback / Complaint

• Can I transact online as well submit a physical transaction directly with your ISC/branches, in the same folio?

  Yes. In a same folio, you can transact online as well as by submitting a physical transaction at any of our official points of collections i.e. ISCs.

• How does one register for DSPBR Online?

  Existing Investors having a folio:

  • Apply to get a PIN: Investors having an existing folio have to apply for a secure PIN using a dedicated “PIN Form (for Existing Investors)” and submit duly filled form to any of our offices.
  • Create User Id to Login: Upon receipt of PIN for the folio, investor has to create a User Id in DSPBR Online to log in using the folio number and PIN.

  New Investors not having a folio:

  • Apply to get a Folio and PIN: New Investors who wish to open an account can apply for a zero balance folio and PIN using a dedicated “PIN Form (for New Investors)” and submit duly filled form to any of our offices.
  • Create User Id to Login: Upon receipt of Folio number and PIN, new investor has to create a User Id in DSPBR Online to log in using the folio number and PIN.

• What is a PIN?

  PIN stands for Personal Identification Number and is issued upon an investor submitting a valid request by filling the relevant PIN form.

  A separate PIN is issued for each folio held by the existing investor.

• I have various folios in my name, with/without joint holders. Why are separate PINs issued?

  Just like separate bank accounts are treated differently, each folio is legally different even though the details may match. Hence you are issued separate PINs.

  You can however map all your folios under one User Id. Please refer to our section on "Creating a User Id".

• Where can I get a PIN Form?

• To whom is the PIN sent?

  PIN is sent to the first unit holder to his registered email id only. PIN is sent to the first holder even if there are joint holders in the folio.

• Who can sign the PIN form?

  PIN form should be signed by the unit holders as per mode of holding.

  If the mode of holding is ‘Single’ the sole holder has to sign.
  If the mode of holding is ‘Joint’ all the unit holders have to sign in same order.
  If the mode of holding is ‘Either or Survivor’, any of the unit holders can sign.

  A PoA holder can also sign the PIN form on behalf of the unit holder/s, provided the PoA is already registered in the folio.

  However, no separate PIN for the PoA holder is provided and the PIN will be sent to the first unit holder at the registered communication address.

• Can I invest online without PIN?

  Yes, Purchase can be made without PIN of the folio with few mandatory required details such as Folio no., PAN and Registered bank account.
